How to make Rasbari @ home

Important Notes to follow while making Rasbari:

1. Kun dudh use garne ?

Answer : You can use any milk. Bio or non bio. It should contain 3.8% fat.

2. Dudh Kasari fataune ?

Answer : Dudh umliyeko 5 minute pachi matrai Vinegar rakhne. Yedi Kagati rakhnu huncha bhane, atleast 4 table spoon rakhnu parcha. Vinegar or Lemon rakhe pachi, ekdam dherai na chalaune. Bistarai dudh lai afai fatna dine. Ekdam halka chalaune. Kehi gari dudh fatena bhane, ajai dherai vinegar or lemon juice rakhne, tara ekdam bessari nachalaune.

3. Fateko dudh (Chena) lai kasari dhune ?

Answer : Ekdam githalera, jhyam jhyam nadhune. Video ma dekhayeko jasari chiso pani ma dhune. Lemon or Vinegar ko swaad aaudaina Chinta nalinu hola.

4. How long to knead the Dough ?

Answer : Atleast 5 minutes. Majja le muchnu parcha. Ramro sanga muchnu bhayena bhane, rasbari futcha.
